FAQs

Are your products natural?

Yes! Our entire Orange Power product range is proudly made from naturally derived ingredients. We don’t test on animals either!

Where can I buy your products?

You can find selected Orange Power products at major supermarkets including Coles , Woolworths, Bunnings, and also in some independent stores across Australia. Find out where you can find each specific product stockist here. Please note that not all supermarket locations may have your desired product in stock, so we always recommend checking with the individual store before visiting!

Can I buy your products online?

At this stage, unfortunately no. We don't have our ranges available online on our website, however you can find selected products at Coles , Woolworths, Bunnings, and also in some independent stores across Australia.

I can’t find your products at my local supermarket.

Thank you for trying to support Orange Power! Unfortunately some supermarkets don't stock our products, which is a decision that is made by the Buyers of the store. Some of our customers have had some luck when they speak to their local store manager and specifically request for our products. People power really works in these situations so we do encourage our customers to try! You can also contact us with your postcode and the product you are looking for, and our customer service team will do their best to locate your nearest stockist.

Where are your products made?

The Orange Power range is proudly manufactured in Melbourne, Australia. Thank you for supporting Aussie made and owned products!

How long do your cleaners sprays last?

The shelf life of our cleaning products is around 2 years. Expired products will not be harmful, however, they may not be as effective as a new bottle.

Do you sell refills or in products in bulk?

We would be thrilled to be able to offer refill options to our customers. Unfortunately, at this time, we cannot convince the large supermarket chains to stock any refill packs.

Are your products suitable for grey water systems?

Great news, Yes! Our products are deemed suitable for use with grey water systems.

Are your products recyclable?

All our plastics are fully recyclable PET (1) and HDPE(2) which are both readily recyclable across all councils in Australia and this plastic is then re-used in making new bottles in the future, and we are continuing to use more recycled plastic content in our bottles. We don’t use micro fine plastics and all our packs can be re-used where applicable.

Our pumps are entirely made of plastic (and some small steel balls) which again are readily recyclable (although most councils insist you take off the pump before putting it in the recycle bins).
